Is delivery service available? Yes, we deliver for you! We can deliver to anywhere in the Chicagoland area, and even to Northwest Indiana, or Southern Wisconsin, if necessary. We do charge for delivery, according to distance and difficulty of the moving job.

How Much Does Delivery Cost? Good Question, and unfortunately, we don't have a simple answer for all situations. Our minimum delivery charge is $20. This is for delivery items which are not very heavy, in the area, with little or no stairs to climb. For a second or third floor delivery with no elevator, we charge from $25-$50 for the job at least. If you've ever tried to hump a desk up three flights of stairs, you'll know why we charge what we do. For Downtown Chicago deliveries, we generally charge $50 for one or a few pieces. This covers time spent in traffic, parking violations (our fair city's new tax base), time wasted waiting for an open dock and the like. Most other deliveries are figured by distance, how many pieces we need to deliver, how difficult the delivery is to make, and so on. In general, most small deliveries 5-30 minutes away from our location cost $20 - $50, but it can be more.

Do you offer set-up of furniture that needs to be assembled? Yes, we do. If you buy an item that requires assembly, we can put it together at a small additional charge. The amount of the charge is based upon how long it will take for us to assemble. For smaller, simple pieces, the charge can be as little as $5. For more intricate pieces, it can be as high as $60. This takes the worry out of your hands, allowing you to buy a nice-looking piece of furniture at a reasonable cost without wasting time reading lengthy instructions or working with tools.

If I buy some office furniture and take it home myself, can you help me load it in my vehicle? Of course we can. We have men on duty who are happy to load your car, truck, or van with desks, files, credenzas, etc. We can also advise you on whether your vehicle is large enough to carry the item(s). This is the best way for you to save money, of course, because not only do you save on delivery charges, but you also save big on the item you buy as well.
